Before our first small pilot in December, we are paying our respects across Nabdam District the proper way: the Assembly, the chiefs, the elders, the women leaders. We are looking for volunteers from Nabdam, or living there now, to walk it with us.

This is unpaid volunteer service, and we say that plainly, out of respect. Nothing on this page commits you to a role, and nothing commits Ramah to offering you one.

Volunteer in Nabdam District

Before you start, three things to know. All Ramah roles are unpaid volunteer service. Ramah is recruiting toward its first field pilot in December 2026, so applying now means joining a team that is still being formed. Every volunteer completes safeguarding induction before any field work begins, and no volunteer is placed with children or households until Ramah's safeguarding structure is appointed.
