Ramah Upliftment Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization in Ghana (Company Limited by Guarantee, Reg No: CG064480924, TIN: C0064549925). We are dedicated to empowering orphans, widows, and vulnerable children in Nabdam District, Upper East Region, Ghana.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

4. Donations

All donations made through our website are voluntary and non-refundable unless made in error (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts). If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 14 days at info@ramahupliftment.org. Donations are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your payment card details. All donations are used in accordance with our stated mission and programs.

5. Sponsorship Program

When you sponsor a child through our platform, you commit to supporting that child's welfare and education. Sponsorship funds are pooled and distributed to meet the needs of all children in our program, ensuring equitable support. We provide regular updates on the children in our care. Sponsorship can be cancelled at any time by contacting us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Ramah Upliftment Foundation or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial purposes such as sharing our mission with potential supporters.
