Nabdam District Integrated Poverty Alleviation
Phase 1: Foundation Reset
March – May 2026Legal & Operational Setup
- File overdue ORC annual returns and renew NPO license
- Reconstitute board of directors (5-7 members)
- Conduct baseline community assessment in Zanlerigu, Gane & Nangodi
- Launch updated website with donation capabilities
Phase 2: Pilot Launch
June – August 2026First Programs Go Live
- Launch 5 VSLAs in 3 communities (100-125 women)
- Begin vocational skills training for first cohort of 50 widows
- Partner with 3 local churches as implementation hubs
- Register on GlobalGiving platform
Phase 3: Growth & First Grants
September – November 2026Scale & Document Impact
- Expand to 10 VSLAs and second skills training cohort
- Submit grant proposals to Tearfund, EU, STAR-Ghana, MTN Foundation
- Publish first impact report with pilot data
- Launch diaspora fundraising campaign
Phase 4: Consolidation

- Conduct independent mini-audit of pilot activities
